1. How much should I bid?


There are many factors that Agents consider i.e. the market, the area etc.  If you are looking for a top Agent, you may need to bid higher.

 

2. Does listlow.com sell real estate?

No. We refer you an Agent that matches the experience level and commission structure you request.

 

3. Who do the Agents you refer work for ?

listlow.com refers Agents from almost all of the nationally recognized real estate companies.

 

4. Are there any costs or expenses to me ?

NO! listlow.com is a FREE Service!

 

5. Am I obligated to use the Agent you referred?

No. There are no fees or obligations. If you are not happy for any reason with the agent we referred, you may choose not to use that Agent. We would be happy to refer another agent from your area.

 

6. What other benefits do I get for calling listlow.com?

Along with an Agent who has already agreed to discount his/her commission, you get a Agent with an active license in good standing. One who knows your area well, and will make the sale of your house a priority.

 

7. Who will know that I am listed at a reduced commission?

Only your Agent. The other Agents are given their full commission for cooperating, therefore, they do not know or care about the terms of your listing agreement. It is confidential.

 

8. Do the Agents referred go through any type of screening process?

Yes. These are the questions we ask every Agent. Are you a Agent in good standing? Do you belong to the MLS? Do you agree to offer a full commission to the cooperating broker who finds the buyer? Have you listed or sold in this area lately?
