Privacy policy
Last updated September 27, 2026
ListLow helps you compare prices and keep lists. We collect as little as we can to do that. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t show ads.
What we collect
- Searches. What you type and, if you enter one, your ZIP code. We use them to fetch prices and we keep search results for up to 90 days so repeat searches are fast. Price history for products (not tied to you) is kept longer.
- Saved items and lists. If you don’t sign in, these stay in your browser on your device. If you sign in, they’re stored with your account so they sync across your devices.
- Account. If you create an account: your email address and a securely hashed password, handled by our authentication provider.
- Technical data. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to stop abuse (too many searches in a minute) and appears in our hosting provider’s standard logs.
- Invite cookie. During the private beta, one cookie remembers that you entered a valid invite code. Signing in keeps a session in your browser’s storage.
Who we share it with
- Our price data provider (SerpApi) receives the search text and ZIP to look up store listings. It does not receive your name, email or account.
- Infrastructure: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and sign-in) process data on our behalf.
- Stores and affiliate networks. When you click a store link you leave ListLow and the store’s own policy applies. Affiliate links carry a random search ID, never your name or email. See our affiliate disclosure.
- If the law requires it.
Your choices
- Use ListLow without an account; your lists then never leave your device.
- Ask for a copy of your data or for your account and synced lists to be deleted by emailing hello@listlow.com from the address you signed in with.
- Clear your browser storage to remove lists kept on your device.
Children
ListLow is not directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and for significant changes we’ll say so on the site.
